The Horse HM-20 is a high-strength Grade I unidirectional carbon fiber fabric with 0° fiber orientation, 200 g/m² and 0.111 mm nominal thickness. Impregnated with epoxy resin, it forms CFRP for structural strengthening. It is the thinnest and most flexible option in the series—ideal for curved surfaces, beam-column corners, narrow strips, crack repair and multi-layer overlay.

Q: What does 0° unidirectional mean?
A: All fibers run in one direction to provide maximum tensile strength along that axis; fill yarn only holds the fabric together.
Q: Is HM-20 good for curved surfaces?
A: Yes. At 0.111 mm it is flexible and conforms to corners after proper radius treatment.
Q: Do I need epoxy?
A: Yes. Use CFRP impregnating epoxy with primer and leveling adhesive based on substrate condition.
