This workshop specializes in the production of various specifications of bi-directional carbon fiber fabrics (such as plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, etc.). Its core advantages lie in its “high precision” and “exceptional stability.”
The workshop is equipped with 15 brand-new Dornier high-speed shuttleless weaving machines from Germany. Dornier is a benchmark brand in the weaving machine industry, renowned for its precision, stable operation, and low failure rates. Each machine is valued at 1.8 million RMB, with a total investment of over 27 million RMB, which forms a solid foundation for producing high-quality fabrics.
Dornier machines ensure constant and precise tension during the weaving process, effectively avoiding common defects like skewed wefts and broken warps. The fabrics produced have a smooth surface, clear patterns, and uniform structure, providing an excellent base for subsequent composite processes.
Each machine is operated and maintained by 1 to 2 professional production managers, who also monitor the production process to ensure that every meter of fabric is produced under controlled conditions.
The maximum daily output of this workshop is 4,000 meters, efficiently meeting high-standard bi-directional fabric mass production requirements.

This workshop specializes in producing uni-directional carbon fiber fabrics, which offer extremely high fiber strength and modulus in specific directions. These fabrics are key materials for achieving lightweight and high-performance composite materials.
The workshop is equipped with 15 domestically leading high-speed carbon fiber weaving machines, optimized for the specific process characteristics of uni-directional fabrics. These machines offer extremely high weaving efficiency.
With efficient weaving processes, this workshop has a maximum daily output of an astonishing 18,000 square meters. This powerful production capacity allows us to handle large projects and massive orders, ensuring timely and sufficient supply for customers.
“Quality is made during production, not inspected afterward.” In this workshop, quality control personnel are involved throughout the entire production process, from yarn feeding, weaving, to post-processing, performing real-time monitoring and inspection at each stage. This embedded quality control system ensures that products meet high standards from the very beginning.
Thanks to the full-staff quality control system and stable equipment performance, the overall yield rate of uni-directional fabrics remains stable at over 99%. This significantly reduces material waste, lowers production costs, and most importantly, provides customers with reliable quality consistency and delivery guarantees.
